Matt Johnston, Esquire, is back once again offering much sought after information in his presentation on how small business owners can and should take control of their businesses contracts, particularly looking at both the company’s brand and the customers. The goal of contracts is to have a contract focused on the needs of the contract users (the business and their customers). Matt will expand a bit on his six steps to writing a contract that is usable, understandable, and helps business build a positive customer experience which in turn gets them more business.
