Please be advised, some sections of the nature trails at Ward Farm Recreation & Nature Park are temporarily closed. The closures are to ensure safety for our park patrons, as we repair a pond embankment that was damaged by a storm. While construction has been completed, trails must remain closed until late spring/early summer to allow vegetation to regrow per Maryland Department of Environment regulations. A map (PDF) highlighting the affected trails can be found here.
