The board reviews and recommends changes, additions, or deletions to the Building Code, rules and regulations, setting of fees, and such other requirements they deem necessary for public safety, health, and general welfare. The board also approves building contractors' license applications and reviews contractors' problems. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month at 8 a.m.

The Committee makes recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding approval of exterior design features of public and private sector buildings, structures, and signs on the basis of the Town Center (TC) architectural appearance standards and criteria; promotes awareness of good design within the community; and reviews master plans and make recommendations. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month at 9:30 a.m.

Have some fun wheelin’ around! You’ll be able to maneuver your scooter around some fun obstacles and play some games. This activity is for ages 2-5 years and requires pre-registration. Please contact the Northeast Community Center at 410-535-1600 ext. 8210 and reference Activity # 110301 A or 110301 B for assistance.

Drop-in/noninstructional program. Enjoy free play with balls, cones, hula-hoops, building blocks, tunnels and newly added Imagination Playground blocks on your own. There will also be a craft corner with crayons, glue, paper, crafts etc. Great time for parents and children to play and socialize. Ages 1-5.
